Concept:

This is a painting of a tree entangled in poison ivy. Entanglements are hard to break free from, no matter what form they take. Sometimes, the break is clean, while in other cases, it is only temporary. Entanglements come in many shapes and forms: emotional, physical, financial, situational, or even addiction. Although entanglements are, by their very nature, poisonous, anyone can overcome them.
