Concept:

This was the last painting I completed leading up to my art show. The inspiration for this quickly painted tree came from my wife, Brandi. Whenever a cashier asks if she’d like her items placed in a bag, she routinely says, “No thanks,” noting that skipping the bag can help save a plastic tree.
